Copyright laws tend to apply automatically to creative works and it takes a positive action by the creator to waive their copyright. We want you all to be able to freely use your Goos, and any Goos, to express yourselves. We want everybody inspired by our art to have free access to it in their creative processes. We will formalize the legal status of Goo Glitz art as “No Rights Reserved” meaning anybody can use the IP of Goo Glitz with no legal backlash. We think CC0 will be central to the future of brand-building and decentralization in web3. All publicity is good publicity but why use our IP without us when you can get a grant to work with us?
